Niladri Mukherjee

Founder, MD

Niladri Mukherjee is a product design entrepreneur from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. After completing his thesis on large span light-weight structure systems, he worked with a couple of design firms before co-founding Glue Design in 1990. Over the last twenty years Niladri has worked with over 200 companies in India and abroad, bringing together a large body of work that spans product, retail and exhibition design, production & project management.


What Niladri enjoys most is creating and implementing strategies for product development, design & deployment – he has helped several brands go-to-market within tight timelines and budgets.

 

Manpreet Singh Khamba

Director, Quiktile

Manpreet is an Architect from Guru Nanak Dev University, Asr with more than 12 years experience in Architecture, Retail Design & International Exhibitions. He worked initially with architect Romi Khosla and Ajoy Choudhury before joining Glue Design.


Manpreet has worked extensively to develop, test and deploy Quiktile for several categories ensuring that the system meets and exceeds customer expectations. He has also designed and executed the Global Exhibition Plan for our customer across multiple trans-Atlantic locations - with great success, passion and enthusiasm.


Manpreet became a member of the Board of Directors, Glue Design in 2005.

 

Roma Sinai Mukherjee

Director & Brand Vision Custodian

Roma is a graphic designer & illustrator from (NID) National Institute of Design. She has been a Director with Glue for 15 years and is responsible for building the Vision, Mission & Values policy document of Glue.


She has consulted extensively in the Print & Publishing Industry having designed the inaugural issues of Tehelka, City Limits (Outlook Group) and India Magazine (Business India Group). She has designed books, brochures and corporate identities for corporate clients and others.


At Glue her role is to ensure the Brand reflects our Vision, Mission & Values. The Glue face as well as Glue culture - what we do & how we do it - must align with why we show up to work every day.

 

Anuj Gupta

Design Head

Anuj gives form to design & innovation at Glue. He has deep and multi-disciplinary experience in Retail, Product & Exhibition Design, conceptualizing solutions that are practical and aesthetically appealing. Over 10 years at Glue he has mastered the art of lighting and the subtle effects of colour, resulting in 3D artwork that is powerful, inspiring and as good as real.


Anuj enjoys working with materials and understands it’s use in product development. He is passionate about seeing a design prototype through to realization pushing the boundaries of the process employed in small and large scale productions.

 

Mukul Kumar

Operations Head

Mukul is a mechanical engineer from BIET, Karnataka with additional training in CAD/CAM from IIT Delhi. A vigorous interest in engineering, design and analysis software keeps him up-to-date with and on the edge of global Innovation practices.


Mukul joined Glue in 2008 bringing his extensive training and expertise in product design & engineering to our R&D and Innovation hub. Over 18 years he has gathered a broad spectrum of experience. Starting his career as GTE in design of Conveyor Systems at Star Engineering, Ranchi, followed by work at the R&D Department of Science & Technology, Government of India which included contributing towards technology up-gradation & dissemination of micro-concrete roofing tiles and other market innovations for rural India. Later, at Motherson Sumi Infotech & Design, he had tenure in Automative Design and was on the panel that conducted ISO Certification.
